Santos Ramirez, M.MFT, LCDC, LMFT
Santos Ramirez MFT,LCDC, LMFT is the founder and owner of GCRS, Inc . Mr. Ramirez has over 25 years of experience working with the Substance Abuse Population and Family Systems. He has worked for nonprofit organizations, private hospitals, for profit companies, Methadone Programs, Probation and Corrections Departments. His approaches and beliefs coincide with rehabilitative efforts and in stabilizing the relational family system. He believes in the advocacy for the wellness of the systemic family system and how individuals with domestic, trauma, anger, or substance abuse problems can become a central tool for balancing the family systems by addressing those issues. Mr. Santos Ramirez is a License Chemical Dependency Counselor, holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University.

Savannah R. Rosales, LCDC-I
Savannah R. Rosales is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) for GCRS, INC. She holds an Associate of Applied Science for Addiction Studies in Human Services and is currently working on her Bachelors in Psychology (Pre-Counseling) at Capella University. She brings over 8 years of administrative experience and expertise in scheduling, billing, and coordinating services for individuals with substance use and mental health-related disorders. Ms. Rosales uses an integrative therapeutic approach that consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy. Ms. Rosales believes that all individuals can overcome any type of situation with the right support and resources within the community. Her primary goal is to reunify individuals with their families and help them overcome the stigma of addiction.
Orlando P. Longoria, LCDC-I
Orlando Longoria is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) and is currently completing an associate degree in Addiction Studies in Human Services at Del Mar College. He has a background in leadership as a district manager and experience working with the homeless population through a non-profit. Orlando is deeply committed to supporting vulnerable communities. He believes in a holistic approach to addiction treatment, incorporating mindfulness practices to promote well-being and long-term recovery. His work is driven by a passion for creating meaningful change through compassionate, person-centered care.
Lorenna Lopez-Castanon,
LCDC-I
Lorenna Lopez-Castanon is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) and has worked at GCRS for over two years in the SUD and Federal program. She graduated from Delmar College with her Associates in Addiction Studies in Human Services in 2022. She has worked in the medical field for over 10 years giving her experience in customer service, office management, and medical services. Her approach to addiction recovery is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , and Motivational Interviewing. Her passion when working with individuals is to inspire women and men to motivate them to feel equally and entitled when it comes to family reunification and changes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Beatrice Sugar Rodriguez, LCDC, MS
Beatrice Sugar Rodriguez is a LCDC for Gulf Coast Rehabilitative Services. She has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology ,, Masters of Science in Counseling former and current licensure LBSW, CCJP, LCDC 40 years of experience in psychiatric counseling inpatient and outpatient adult and juvenile, medical social worker outreach clinic with patients w/ high risk pregnancy, social service director with geriatric in- patient residential, alcohol and drug treatment residential and outpatient, coordinator for drug and alcohol group for MH clients, alcohol and drug assessments for probation, alcohol and drug education for alternative schools.
David Buentello, LCDC, LPC, MS
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist. I specialize in CBT addressing anxiety/depression disorders. I also have experience in chemical dependency counseling working with various non-profit and private sector organizations locally, including Methadone Maintenance therapy, HIV Medical Case Management, working with the incarcerated population, domestic violence cases, alcohol and drug abuse, co-occurring disorders, and working with troubled youths in an Outpatient setting. I completed a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M Kingsville with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. I also completed a Master’s degree from Texas A&M Kingsville in Counseling and Guidance. My passion is from a practical viewpoint helping people overcome and find answers to their individual situations and believe the answers are “within us”. I enjoy fishing and working with my hands and find this therapeutic and spiritual.
Lydia Dyckman, LPC, MS
Lydia Dyckman has been with GCRS, INC for over two years. Mrs. Dyckman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi in 1997 with a master’s degree in Counseling. Mrs. Dyckman has worked in psychiatric hospitals, DFPS clients for approximately 15 years and as a Military Family Life Counselor at Fort Hood for approximately 5 years. She specializes in children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her areas of expertise are in sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.

Rebecca Garcia is the Billing Clerk for Gulf Coast Rehabilitative Services, Inc . She has over 7 years of experience in optimizing office operations and managing financial processes. She plays a vital role in ensuring that both administrative tasks and billing functions run smoothly and efficiently. Rebecca is proficient in various office software, excels at managing schedules, and provides exceptional customer service to clients and office staff. In her free time Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, video gaming, cooking and reading.
Receptionist
Justin-Judith Gimlin
Justin-Judith is GCRS, INC Receptionist. With over a year of experience at GCRS, INC she brings a solid background in medical billing and coding, along with extensive customer service expertise. Her journey in healthcare began as a home health aide and CNA, where she discovered her passion for the administrative side of the field. JJ genuinely enjoys supporting our team and helping our clients navigate their needs.
